These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Booked Tomorrow website (the “Site”), operated by Booked Tomorrow (“Booked Tomorrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What We Do
Booked Tomorrow is a marketing and appointment-setting support provider for medical spas and aesthetic clinics in the United States. We help businesses improve their marketing systems and appointment flows.
We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical services, clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or regulatory guidance.
Who This Site Is For
This Site is intended for:
• Business owners, operators, and representatives of medical spas and aesthetic clinics, and
• Other business users evaluating our services.
If you are a consumer/patient looking for treatment, please contact the clinic directly.
No Guarantee / No Reliance
Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and may describe examples of services, strategies, or outcomes.
Booked Tomorrow does not guarantee:
• A specific number of leads, calls, consultations, or booked appointments
• Revenue, profit, or return on advertising spend Lead quality, show rates, or patient outcomes
• Results depend on many factors outside our control, including ad budgets, market conditions, offer/pricing, client responsiveness, and operational follow-up.
You agree not to rely on the Site as a promise or guarantee of results.
Advertising Accounts & Client Control
If you become a client, you acknowledge that:
• You (the client) retain ownership and control of your advertising accounts (e.g., Meta, Google)
• You are responsible for ad spend and payments to ad platforms
• You are responsible for complying with ad platform policies and applicable laws
Booked Tomorrow may provide recommendations, setup support, or management assistance as agreed in a separate written agreement (e.g., your Master Services Agreement).
Lead Information & Communications
If you submit information through the Site (e.g., a contact form), you authorize us to use that information to contact you and respond to your inquiry.
Booked Tomorrow’s lead-handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, branding, logos, graphics, and other materials—is owned by Booked Tomorrow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
• Upload or transmit malicious code
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKED TOMORROW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). (Note: client service liability and terms should be governed by your Master Services Agreement.)
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Booked Tomorrow from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
